A Healthy Life Is Within Reach

I am a mother, a pediatrician and a breast cancer survivor. I gave birth to my daughter in 2015 while working as a pediatric oncologist in Los Angeles. A year later I choose to become a general pediatrician in a thriving practice. Over the past 6 years I have worked with thousands of families with children from birth to age 21. It was during this time I observed the lack of recognition and help for mothers who have lost their own identity on the parenthood journey. Through personalized coaching my goal is for every mother to feel that she can actually have it all: be a great parent as well as secure in herself.
